Happy b'day to the big guy! Have CSI on lobby tv today--Lab Rats (we've talked about playing this one over and over since we work in a lab! HA!)
6  CSI General Discussion / General Discussion / Petersen on the radio on: January 28, 2019, 02:09 PM
He was a call in guest on this radio program last week. Here's a link to it from Facebook.

He talks about what he watches on tv (Game of Thrones) and his kids are in first grade (he says he fits in as an older dad in Hollywood where a lot of men have grandkids older than their youngest kids). Mentions they were born at 26 weeks and stayed in NICU for 3 months (WOW!)
A brief mention of CSI.

7  CSI General Discussion / General Discussion / George and Jorja news on: January 10, 2019, 08:19 PM
George has left MacGuyver series and is now making a movie about the Korean War.

Jorja is wrapping up a movie (titled 3022, I think) that is a science fiction movie.

And I'm still watching old CSI's before Grissom/Petersen left! LOL!

10  CSI General Discussion / General Discussion / Happy Thanksgiving to All!! on: November 19, 2018, 03:34 PM
I hope everyone has a peaceful and happy day to give thanks!

Remember those who are without the things we enjoy every day-- especially those in Florida (hurricane) and California (fires).
11  CSI General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: All Hallow's Eve on: November 07, 2018, 10:08 PM
Chick Chop Flick Shop was aired on Halloween, I think.

"Let it Bleed" was another Halloween episode--a guy dressed as a policeman tries to rob a store and a dead girl is found in a dumpster. The girl has multiple blood types in her.

Then, the one where they thought a police dog attacked his handler was a Halloween episode (Nick adopts the dog)---Play Dead in Season 13 (had to look this up!)

And-- years later, we see Catherine as a supervisor--and she's not a good supervisor!

In Secrets and Flies, Grissom should have put her on suspension! Was Catherine the only one who was never suspended?
13  CSI General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: repeats today on: October 23, 2018, 01:12 PM
She did!! Watching reruns, I 'catch' some of these things that I didn't noticed the first time!

The carnival murder by the mother stands out as a perfect one--- how Catherine was all into mothering except for actually taking care of her own daughter!

And how many times did Catherine do what she wanted instead of doing what her supervisor asked or assigned?
14  CSI General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: repeats today on: October 17, 2018, 11:02 PM
Yet, when Catherine got in trouble--thought she was raped--who did she call? Sara! She knew who would not talk!

Like you, I always thought there was too much of 'how smart Catherine is'-- and Catherine was not a good employee/co-worker, IMO. She did what she wanted to do and never looked at Grissom as her supervisor.

Between us, I thought her role as a parent was pretty darn awful! She played on the sympathies of everyone with working nights and never seeing her daughter, but then how many times did we see her go out after work, not home to daughter?
15  CSI General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: repeats today on: October 16, 2018, 12:17 PM
I think you are right-- Grissom has a satisfied expression on his face!!

Always gets me-- Sara was right and no one ever said "you were right"---

Ecklie and Catherine look a bit to comfy sitting together, IMO
