Many of Classic CSI's stories were dramatizations of actual crimes, like I-15 Murders and Anatomy of a Lye. So let's have some fun and pull true stories from today's headlines that would have enough sex, gore and weirdness to make it as a CSI script. Here's one about Black Madam and the "parties" she used to throw.

This true story has lots of potential (Cats in the Cradle? was that the episode with the girls?)--

s-p - Right - In Cats in the Cradle the girl stabbed the old lady because she wouldn't give them a cat.

There's been some controversy about characters the kids see in games on TV these days.  Unfortunately those two 12 year olds apparently have the delusion this 'slender man' or whatever he's called, is real.  A moral sure can be drawn from this sort of thing.

This is a local story of a politician 'gone bad' as they say! Crawled under a house, drank antifreeze, died and found about a month later!

They've kind of used this one before, but I thought I'd share because I remember watching live as half of West Philly burned down. http://www.philly.com/philly/news/20140612_Coroner__Birdie_Africa_drowned_due_to_alcohol_intoxication.html

They did it in Felonious Monk, but with the scandals in the Roman Catholic Church this could have some interesting possibilities http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2014/jun/12/police-priests-attacked-phoenix-church-1-dies/

Classic CSI was similar to Hitchcock in that it used the murder as the "macguffin". A macguffin can be anything, secret plans, theft, kidnapping, that's used as a device for the actors to interact. That being said, with a typical Classic CSI sick mind I think they could do a lot with this as the macguffin.

This has all the yuck factors of Classic CSI. Just imagine Hodges scarfing down some Ben & Jerry's when he finds out what one of the potential ingredients could be.

I spend way too much time on the Internet. But I saw this and though the guy didn't die, he could have. It has all the elements of a CSI plot: strippers, a dumbass for a corpse, and a weird way to die.

What on earth could have been their object in going in en deshabille.  Could they have honestly believed they wouldn't leave any clues to their identities that way?  I can just see Nick and Sara solving this one.
